Caricature of Cheeky When I receive this caricature of me, I was very surprise because I wasn’t expecting to be drawn so fast by “ Kong ”. He amazes me by doing that! Today it a lucky day for me, I am have 33.33% possibility to have this Samsung 37” LCD TV for free. This morning when I fill petrol at Esso Jalan Kebun Kg. Jawa, I got a ‘5’!!! What is the ‘5’??? If you’re MBF cards holder, probably you will know the promotion that on going “Free SAMSUNG 37” LCD TV”. There is three terms and conditions you can get the 37” LCD TV, one of the terms to win are “FREE with Got ‘5’. Today i so mad about the stupid Public Bank customer service especially this person I spoken to “Ms Kxk Sxx Hxx”. Wonder how she looks like? So blur in what she is doing, can’t even give me a proper and solid answer eg:- A: When I can receive my replacement card? B: Eh….let me check….eh….. oh we already sent to you June. A: Are you sure? I tot June the card was sent to my house and I unable to receive and return back to you? B: Eh….let me check….eh……ya hor! Wait…..let me check…..we already send it out to the branch mid July. A: Are you sure? Now it August and I called the branch you suppose to send it to, they say no name found yet. B: Eh…let me check…..eh……….. [hesitate longer]…..eh…….i will check for you.
