Cuban style The original salsa style, as considered by most, which has been developing in Cuba since the 1950s. Cuban-style salsa can be danced either “on one” or “a contratiempo” – the latter is often referred to as “on two”. An essential element is the “cuba step” (also known as Guapea), where the leader does a backward basic on 1-2-3 and a forward basic on 5-6-7. The follower does the same, thereby mirroring the leader’s movement. Colombian style This style is common in Latin American countries. The leader and follower do most of the movements while standing in place. It stems from the Cuban style. Los Angeles style Developed in recent years, this is a style of salsa much effected by Hollywood and by the swing and mambo dances, thus being the most flashy style, which is considered “more show than dance” by many. Wow, last night i was at this Dance Competition at Shang Hotel at KL. I saw this couple from Australia was so good. I am very impress by their dance.

Center , he is Top Venezuela Salsa Dancer where have being professional salsa dancer for 10 years. Last but not list, on the right ; she is the Top South African Salsa Dancer where she have a lot of unique Salsa Shine!!!!! Lucky Ivy got the chance to dance with them!!!!

This is the last parties in UK ‘Nottingham’ at ‘The Bar Café’ , DJ Richardo&Stev arrange this Salsa Marathons for me. That night, I dance with all the sexy ladies in the house, feel like the luckiest guy in the room! :D Por speech: I have to THANKS everyone there on that night who make things happened for me. I so glad that I learned salsa and get to know all of you people out there, the nicest people! I will never forget every single one of you especially with my Cheekiness!
