Is Streamyx Sucks?!?!?!

Today I come across this blog host by Ah Yap with very brave topic "Sohai Streamyx Technician - Why Send a Sohai to My House?" and totally agree with him and the topic discussion. Guess you can find more topic that criticize TM-net especially streamyx over advertlets homepage too. I did leave some comment over there too..... Bravo Ah Yap! Respect sama you lah! Check out the comment here.
Although the picture I posted is not 100% relevant to my topic, but still something negatively portrait TM Net Streamyx service. Agree?

i do have d same experience... unable to connect to internet...
my colleage told me to shout "i already do all d necessary... its ur side (TM net) have problem..."
that's wat i done... months later some1 came... do the checking... then ask me to buy a filter... after that the connection is much better now

wah....just get a filter can solve the prob? are you sure? is that it?

when i install the streamyx, they got provide one filter/splitter right? is that wat u mean?

if is the filter, i dun mind getting one, but i dun think so it the filter!

R u sure u got enuff filters? EVERY phone socket need 1 filter each except for the phone socket connected to the ADSL modem....so if u got 3 phones in the house, u need 3 filters....

i only got one phone in the house, so one filter with the phone line and ADSL line should be ok mah!

i have to telephone ... so i have the filter that i bought is connect to the other phone... not the phone line with the spliter...
so if u ask me is that required for each phone ... i oso not sure wor...
