A: When I can receive my replacement card?
B: Eh….let me check….eh….. oh we already sent to you June.
A: Are you sure? I tot June the card was sent to my house and I unable to receive and return back to you?
B: Eh….let me check….eh……ya hor! Wait…..let me check…..we already send it out to the branch mid July.
A: Are you sure? Now it August and I called the branch you suppose to send it to, they say no name found yet.
B: Eh…let me check…..eh……….. [hesitate longer]…..eh…….i will check for you.
A: Check what? Where is my card? When the card sent out?
B: Eh….let me check …..eh…..already sent out….eh……
A: When?
B: Eh….let me check…..mid July……..
A: Are you sure? Even I receive email from customer service they mention mid July sent via courier, but now it more than 10 days.
B: Eh….let me check……yes it out…….
A: Then how come the branch in-charge Mr Tong say don’t have? I don’t care, you better find out and give me a solid answer latest by today!!!
B: Eh….let me check……eh…… you call the branch lah…….
A: $^&$@#^ I just spoken to Mr. Tong, he say not receive any card by the name yet.
B: Eh….let me check…..eh……..wait, ………. I will check………
[The conversations continue with uncontrollable verbal and tones of my voice, I really sick and tired of passing me to this and that department.]
Then I write an email to the customer service as follow:-
To who may concern,
Very unhappy to your customer service telemarketing person "Ms Kxx Sxx Hxx" who i speak to on 11.38am 2/8/07. Her in polite and rude ways of answering my question and answer; i guess she not fit or never undergoes for a proper training as what she working now.
Please can someone give me answer about that.
My credits card has being pending from June until now, your customer service department should sent my card to the specify branch that i requested. By wasting my time to visited the branch on 20/7/07 whereby i had told by one of your customer service person. i should be able to collect my card, but when i reached the branch. Mr Tong stated that they unable to find my card and ask me to check the status with customer service. If you read the email below, you probably can see Ms Lim has couriered my card to the specify branch and i able to collect in one week times. Sadly, i call to the branch today spoken to Mr. Tong, he replied they never received card for the name "Por Boon Kuan". Then i called to customer service and speak to Ms. Kxk Sxx Hxx, he in politeness and rude attitude or answering my question, hence unable to give me a solid answer "where is my card now?".I felt really upset and disappointed with wasted lot of my times by calling and traveling to branch seeking for my new replacement credit card, even worst spoken to this Ms Kxx Sxx Hxx whereby she is blur with her job scope and uncertainty, pass me around to the department and giving unsolid promise to me. I need a answer by latest today 2/8/07 what is the status of my card? and would like an answer for the lousy customer service Public Bank Berhad [Credit Card Department]. I want an answer to this!

If you were i, you also will piss of by having conversation to her "Ms Kxk Sxx Hxx". So blur sotong. May be after my post today, she might be famous .... alot people read my blog one mah!

As I know, all the credit card is done by HQ & courier out to branches/houses once it's done. they have the record for all the card holder. If you not calling to HQ, you may tried on that. If you are called to HQ already & they give you such an answer, I think I can help you on this. As I know who is embossing the credit card for PBB.
i m ok wit it...they call me today ..... say apologize to me! but i ard post it in my blog... sure the Ms Kok will be famous after this lah..... my blog so popular!

so angry, PBB cust serv ask me not to clear 1st then the PBB branch ask me clear.... dunno listen to who.
I shoot them another email to them, ask them to gimme an answer for that!
the PBB cust serv most of the tele operators so damn rude lah! :(
